If your order is shipping to one of these states, you will be required to pay sales tax on your order. If your order is not to one of these states, Retro vGames will not collect and remit sales tax. However, you are still responsible for following your state’s laws regarding sales tax for online purchases. If you have a legal exemption from sales tax in your state, you may email documentation to help@retrovgames.com and we will send you a custom invoice, without sales tax. You may also place the order on our checkout system, and submit documentation for a refund of sales tax afterward. Please note, we can only handle sales tax exemption requests for orders over $200.00, orders below this amount will be required to charge sales tax.

Free shipping is available to all orders in the United States; this takes 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost (varies based on your order) and will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Free shipping to Canada for orders over $120 is available and will take 10-14 Days. Expedited Shipping to Canada takes 5-7 Business Days for an additional cost. Economy shipping to the Rest of the world is available at an additional cost.
